2007 has been a great year for us with 2 prestigious awards recognizing our great food and service. Firstly a gold award from the Cornwall Social Group and in October we received a silver award from Taste of The West confirming our place as one of the finest of Cornwall's dining pubs. We are very proud to have achieved this recognition.

Fresh fish and seafood from Cornish waters; meat, game and dairy produce from local farmers and country estates; organic meat from our own farm; vegetables and fragrant herbs from the region – all these form the basis of our imaginative, seasonally-inspired menus, cooked expertly for you by our Rick Stein-trained chef, Ian.

Lunch from 12 noon-1.45 pm (bar 12 noon – 3pm)
Evening meals from 6.30-8.45 pm (bar 6.00-11.00pm)
Friday & Saturdays open until midnight
