Since 2007 The Springer Spaniel has received increasing recognition for its great food and service, with a Gold award from the Cornwall Social Group , Bronze and Silver awards from Taste of The West, and most recently inclusion in the Michelin Pubs Guide, confirming our status as one of the finest of Cornwall's dining pubs. We are very proud to have achieved this recognition.

Fresh fish and seafood from Cornish waters; meat, game and dairy produce from local farmers and country estates; organic meat from our own farm; vegetables and fragrant herbs from the region – all these form the basis of our imaginative, seasonally-inspired menus, cooked expertly for you by our two superb chefs Francis Denford & Martin Putt.

Morning Coffee from 10.30 a.m & Lunch from 12 noon-1.45 pm (bar 12 noon – 3pm)
Evening meals from 6.30-8.45 pm (bar 6.00-10.30pm)
