Managers Stuart Moir and Caroline Oliver run front-of-house and welcome all our guests; they also work behind the scenes, infusing the kitchen with their culinary skill.

Ian Jane, our Head Chef who trained under Rick Stein, assisted by Francis Denford who has cooked at many top Cornish and London restaurants

Merv - Known and loved by all after 18 years service!

Rob – our stalwart barman.

Annie - who keeps the Springer Spaniel spick and span
